Cancel unlock Request

I tried to unlock the phone on the AT&T website, but 12 days have passed and no confirmation email has arrived.The current status check is Pending.I can't send a new request, how to unlock the phone again?Thanks

Your only options now are to wait for the request to cancel on its own, which could take months or try to contact tech support or file an FCC complaint.

It’s terrible 

I submit request didn’t receive email but 2 days later then I recieved an email when I clicked it it says link is expired then  what.

it’s been 2 weeks still says pending 

called att no one can help 

i will encourage anyone not to do any business with att
