CANCEL PREPAID PLAN

Hi, I got my sim card in Florida, but our car was stolen there and I lost my contract, unfortunately I didn't get my contract at my e-mail, my wallet with the sim card are gone and I need to cancel my plan.

It keep saying that I'll get a text to create a new account, but my sim card is not on my phone, I don't have it.

How do I cancel my subscription ??? I've already paid $55,00 last month and I'll be charged again.

I assume you have reported the credit card used for your refills stolen also?
If your credit or debit card has been reported stolen no more refills can be charged to that card.

And to cancel prepaid, just stop paying. If the card used for prepay has been cancelled, that’s all you need to do. You could also get a replacement SIM card, rather than cancel.
