Cancel contract and keep phone
I ordered a iPhone 4 from att website and was wondering if I decided to cancel contract can I keep phone....and my second question is if I decided to keep contract can I change my plan after first month bill

If you cancelled your contract 14 days after it began, then you would be subject to a $325 Early Termination Fee minus $10 for every month completed. You would be able to keep the iPhone.
You can change your plan at any time, however keep in mind that depending on when you change the plan in the billing cycle will determine how much your prorated fees will be.
