Can u use a Sim card from your active phone to activate another phone?

I bought an iPhone 5s that is a at&t carrier and I tried using a Sim from my active card to setup the iPhone 5s but said it had a expired thing. Can u help me?

hello the sim is registered to at&t. also i got the sim to work but it has
a icloud lock so i cant use it but can u help me get the last phone number
or email so i can contact him

My wife dropped her phone and cracked the screen and she wishes to use my granddaughters phone. My wife's sim card is good but my granddaughters it's not but they have the same type. May I use this phone?
