Can not cancel AT&T phone unlock request.
So on the 31st of May 2021, I had put a request on the AT&T device unlock portal for my iPhone XR. I failed to confirm my E-mail, as it was sent to spam. It has been 10 days since then and I was waiting for it to get rejected (as suggested by AT&T as suggested by sean from @ATTHelp on this thread https://forums.att.com/conversations/apple/cancelling-unlock-request/5df000c1bad5f2f606343b4d ).
Today as was going through some threads, and found that my request is on hold and will be in the state of hold forever ( a lot of folks on the community forum are stuck for years). Thankfully @groundhog at https://forums.att.com/conversations/apple/cancel-unlock-request/5deffa8dbad5f2f606c7b789 has told me that there is a possible workaround with the help of @ATTMobilityCare .
So I hereby request ATTMoblity care or/and any ATT support team to kindly provide me a solution or at least some way to get my phone unlocked. Thanks in advance.
