Can I get an IPhone from Walmart and add it to my At&T next account as an upgrade?
Can I purchase a iPhone 8 Plus through Walmart with the next plan? Wanting to do this & im very confused about the process.

Yes. You can. Upgrading a device via third-party retailers like Wal-Mart is doable provided that the ATT Next option is available on the selection. That option should be there once you are prompted to enter the necessary information to verify your ATT wireless account-like the primary phone number of the account, the phone number of the device that you want to upgrade, etc. It will also show if the device is eligible to be upgraded for free.
Taxes are always due at point of sale. You may see an activation fee associated with the upgraded device on the succeeding billing statement.
