Calling blocking health care numbers

My phone is blocking health care number. How can I determine what call blocking I have setup

Hello, @Michaelpaul64! We want to help you to be able to receive calls from your health care provider!

To unblock phone numbers that may be picked up as SPAM:

For Apple Devices>Go to Settings>Select Phone>Scroll to Call Blocking & Identification>Turn off Silence Junk Callers.
For Android Devices>Open Phone App>Tap Recent Calls>Tap the call mistakenly blocked Spam>Select Unblock.

You may also check the block list if you have the AT&T Active Armor downloaded on your device.
