I can receive and answer calls but people calling me cannot leave a voicemail. It rings a few times and then gives the 'call cannot be completed' error message.
Have you ever set up your voicemail? If you're not sure, call AT&T and have them reset your voicemail box. Then set it up fresh by pressing and holding the one and following the prompts to set up your voicemail box

Please make sure that your do not disturb, airplane mode and call forwarding is turned offas they may interfere with your voicemail service. Also, confirm your wireless coverage in your area as you need a wireless connection to receive voicemails.
