Call Protect App

I just installed the call protect app on my iPhone and it will not let me hit continue after entering my phone number to receive the PIN to verify my number. The continue button is covered up by the number pad used to enter my phone number and try as I may I cannot get the number pad to close so I can access the continue button. Has anyone found a solution to this problem???

Good Afternoon @rstringer,

Welcome to the Community Forums!  I  understand your concerns with the App you have tried to download on your phone.  Call Protect is an awesome App which is very beneficial to have.  I would be happy to assist you with this issue.

I was looking at a particular post about this App and there is great information.  I will provide the link for this post.  Also, have you tried to uninstall and then reinstall the App?  Another suggestion I have is to turn the phone to find out if this will allow you to clear the number pad.

I hope this helps.  Have a great day.

Donna, where is the link you were going to supply? The linked word "App" just calls up this thread.

SAME PROBLEM!!!! Rotating phone does not resolve. Reinstalling app does not resolve.

1.) Start iOS AT&T Call Protect app.

2.) Press "NEXT" button (on the "...more control over nuisance calls..." welcome page).

3.) Enter AT&T wireless number and press "NEXT" (on the "...we'll send you a PIN to verify..." page).

4.) ("...Enter PIN..." page pops up), tab/switch to text messages app to view new PIN.

5.) Tab/switch back to AT&T Call Protect app to enter PIN but the app reverts back to step 2.) above....

6.) repeat from step 2.) above in an endless loop of ding-dong dumbness until bored.
