Call failed. I cannot answer my calls or make outgoing.

Outgoing rings once and then says call failed.

I've restarted phone and installed latest update. iPhone 7 Plus

Hi, tx. ATT store rep replaced SIM card and reset network settings yesterday and I can now make calls. Only outstanding issue is Siri only hears when I’m on AirPod but otherwise it acts like it doesn’t hear my request. No issues with texts.

Try turning off Bluetooth, and using Siri.

If Siri remains unresponsive check the microphone, which is located at the bottom of your iPhone 7, for any debris. Launch your Voice Memo app and test the microphone by creating a memo. This will help you isolate the issue.

Turned off Bluetooth, same result Siri no response. Works fine with AirPod. Mic fine, recorded memo. Tx

Hey there @Melbalarue!

 

There are several steps you can take to resolve your unresponsive Siri issue. If “Hey Siri” isn't working, go to Settings > Siri & Search and make sure that "Hey Siri" is on.

If Siri still doesn't work, contact Apple Support.
