Bluetooth is not working on the new iphone 13

I received a new iphone 13 through an upgrade at at&t.  phone was delivered, transferred all data and set it up and everything is working fine except bluetooth will not connect or even turn on.  can i return the device to AT&T or do I need to go to Apple for support?  Its less than a week old.

You can exchange with either At&t or Apple.  It may depend on which has the identical phone.

Since AT&T had the phone delivered oh, that may require you ship it back and order all over again. If you took part in a promotion it might be easier to do an exchange with Apple so that you don't disturb your promotion.
