I have received two phones from AT&T Warranty Service that have been reported as stolen. They immediately become blacklisted and no longer work. I have called in over 5 times to resolve with no fix. I have escalated this through customer loyalty and warranty claims and nobody is willing to provide me a new phone. I have wasted so much time on the phone trying to resolve and AT&T is not interested in helping. Strongly considering ANY other carrier to switch.
