Let's take a look into why your cellphone isn't connecting to the AT&T network?

 

  • Has your iPhone been backlisted or reported lost/stolen?
  • Have you received any error messages on service disconnection? If so, what does the error message/notification say?  
  • Do you currently have an active wireless account with AT&T? Is your wireless service postpaid or prepaid?

The more specific details you can provide us, the better we can proceed.
