you dont unless you are the one that blacklisted it only the original owner who blakclisted it can remove it, if you bought it used get a refund as it will never work on any carrier

Lost phone then found it a week or so later. So we paid off the “lost” phone and then found it. Right now they say it is locked, but how do I know if it is blacklisted?
