Black Friday Special 2019 Free Apple XR

Hello, I accepted an offer in a ATT corporate store for the Apple XR. I was told the phone was free, I only had to pay for any upgrade to 128gb and taxes. I was told that, I would pay 3 months of Payments and then after 3 months the Payments for the phone would be reimbursed after 3 months of billing. Here is is April 2020. So I call Cellular and my dispute was entered and a rep called me back. Ricardo said that since I upgraded to the 128gb which was offered by the sales rep...I was not eligible for the free phones. Here it is 5 months later and they are telling me there is nothing they can do. The offer I accepted is void, now I am stuck paying for 2 IPhone XR's that I would have never purchased if this sales person had not offered me this "Black Friday DeaL" I am praying that this is not the end. I want my offer.... 2 Free IPhones XR's. I was well within the promotional period and this is False advertising. Please Help me get this issue resolved.

I am going through the exact same situation. Told I would still qualify with the 128 and only pay the difference. It blows my mind they do not stand behind what a att store salesperson sells a customer. I am going to file a complaint with the BBB and take the store to small claims and let a judge decide and now seeing I’m not the only one maybe this will help the judges decision

Same exact situation for me as well. 2019 Black Friday Special.  Still getting the run around after 1 year 2 months. No credits on either line. What a scam and false advertising!
