Avoid misleading AT&T switch program
I'd originally left AT&T because the people in the store promised one thing and then denied it later. I just switched back to AT&T after prices increased with Verizon, thinking it was likely just one bad experience. Boy, was I wrong. Again, store reps looked at my Verizon phone balances and checked the phone, took the trade in and now I get a message saying I didn't qualify for offer. I've been waiting to speak to a customer rep for over an 1.5 hours now. Just terrible service, no respect for their customers, misleading business practices.
Two months in, and I plan to switch to T-Mobile.
Save yourself some stress in life. Don't do business with AT&T.
