AT&T won’t unlock my phone
I’m trying to unlock a ATT device and I’m getting this message
“
Your unlock request was denied because your phone is no longer active on an AT&T account. Re-submit your request and select 'no' to the "Are you an AT&T Wireless Customer question".
please kindly help me unlock my device

If you have already filled in the form correctly, filling in the bubble that says no, I do not have an AT&t phone number, then file an FCC complaint. . It's Forwarded back to AT&t and they will call you
