AT&T won’t apply credits and marked my phones as a recycle after 2 years!

I bought to iPhones 13 pro max and traded in my iPhone 8 and IPhone SE . I waited more than a year for them to apply credits. Whenever I called customer service they use to tell me they haven’t received the phones.

After talking to the supervisor I was told that my credits will be applied in 3 billing cycles. I waited 3 billing cycles and now they tell me my phones are marked as recycle!

Well I'm guessing Marilyn must be new. All phones go to hyla Mobile in Tennessee which is a mobile device Recycler.

They take all mobile devices from all service providers and manufacturers that do trade and deals.

So yes, your phone went to the recycler, it was always going to go to the recycler. That has nothing to do with why you didn't get credits.

You would not be getting credits if you were not on a qualifying plan. If you put the phones in the post too late. If you did not use the smart post sticker on your box which is how your phone is connected back to your account for credits.  You would not get credits if you paid off your phone's before credits began.  You would not get credits if in any other way you did not follow the terms of the promotion.

Those two phones for an iPhone13 trade-in promotion a year ago would have been good for $350 each in credits over 36 months which would be about $9 and change credit.
