AT&T UNLOCKED WEBSITE NOT WORKING

Hi, I've been trying to unlock my iphone 5s. After I submitted the unlock request, I received an email with confirmation link. I clicked on the link to confirm and then 48 hours later they sent me an email saying that they have to cancel my unlock request because I didn't confirm my request. I tried to submit again  but no luck, kept saying I didn't confirm.  Is anyone here have the same problem? Is AT&T unlocked portal is having issues on the website? Please help.

Hello there @redroad!

 

When did you submit your Device Unlock request? Please be advised that as of April 29, 2019, confirmation emails are no longer required for devices active on the AT&T network. If your device meet this and our other eligibility requirements we invite you to check the status of your request and verify whether it's processing, otherwise, please resubmit your request.

I submitted it on April 28 and try to resubmit it as of today 5/6/19 but still doesn't work. This phone is no longer active on AT&T network. I did unlocked another phone couple months  ago using AT&T portal unlocked with no problem.
