ATT unable to unlock my phone
I tried my iPhone 5s with a verizon sim card, and it showed "Verizon" on the corner, but when I tried to call, it immediately flipped to "No Service" and the call fails. Because of this, I believe my phone is still locked.
I had tried factory reset and called the ATT team, and they gave me all the suggestions that I have already tried. And they said that they failed to look up my information. The phone was pretty old (bought in 2014) and was unused for 2 years but I think they should still be able to unlock it.
When I tried online, it said "incompatible device" with the IMEI and I am not sure what to do now. ATT, can you help fix this? I have been trying to unlock this phone for at least two months, and people at the customer service said that they are clueless as well.

Its unlocked if it does not say its locked. Apple pretty much tells you when you insert a sim in the phone is sim locked. Verizon wont allow a 5s to be activated on its network anymore. It does not support VoLTE... So it can no longer be used on Verizon.
