AT&T screen insurance

After paying $300 for insurance for screen protection I noticed the back of my phone was cracked. Only to find out out the 3rd party AT&T/Asurion told me to take it to date they do not cover the back of the phone. Huh? It’s all glass. That makes zero sense and I do not see anywhere in their pamphlet they gave us that it is not covered.

Of course Asurion insurance covers damage to the back of your phone. But unlike screen damage it doesn't have an inexpensive deductible. The entire phone will have to be replaced and full deductible which can be up to $300.

Check with Asurion.  They are the company that provides the insurance.  A pamphlet is just a piece of paper used for marketing.  The terms and conditions are the actual contract between you and Asurion, and should state what’s covered and what isn’t.  It should be available on their website.
