AT&T MobileSecurity & Call Protect

On Feb 11th I upgraded to the Plus version of AT&T MobileSecurity and it worked fine that day. My credit card was also charged for the upgrade on Feb 11. On Feb 12th the app reverted back to the Basic version for no reason at all. I called AT&T about the issue and they sent me over to Apple support, who told me I needed to contact the developer, who is AT&T.

Can someone help with this craziness?

Let's look into what caused your AT&T Mobile Security and Call Protect to revert back to Basic. First, make sure the app is updated on your phone:

  1. Go to Settings on your device and tap General.
  2. Tap Software Update and make sure you have the latest version. If you don’t, update it now.
  3. Close settings and open the App Store.
  4. Tap Updates, and select Update next to AT&T Mobile Security app.

If the issue persists despite the first step, simply submit a request to app support.
