AT&T Messed up my credit !

I’ve tried ordering a iPhone XS Max 6 times online with AT&T and my order would be canceled, I was told to go to the store but I was told at the store I went to they didn’t accept cash or a prepaid card after being told that I called costumer service and the guy I spoke to said I should order the phone again so after listening and agreeing to order the phone gain I was told I would have to pay a $500 dollar down payment and I was astonished because at 1st I was only required to pay sales tax ! After talking to a extremely rude costumer service lady she said that I should’ve never tried to order the phone so many times and I told her that the agents told me to keep on trying. I’m going to go to a store tomorrow would my payment go down to to paying sales tax which was 79.84

AT&T has updated its credit requirements and there could be differences in what you are required to pay, depending on where you make the purchase. The additional amount applies to the price of the iPhone XS, which reduces the monthly amount on your remaining installments.
