Asurion Returns Address
Returned phone on April 22nd...USPS tracking hasn't shown any movement since April 26th. I cannot start a Missing Package Claim without the physical address of where it was going.
DOES ANYONE HAVE THE ASURION ADDRESS FOR RETURNS IN COPPELL, TX????

Did you bring your package right up to a post office counter to have it checked in?
You can't start a missing package claim for 15 days.
Anything that is returned goes from USPS to either through newgistics or Pitney Bowes. Try the tracking on those websites.

Yes, my package was checked in by USPS - which is why tracking shows it accepted on the 22nd. I took your advice and checked Pitney Bowes and they show even less info...they show acceptance and then "In Transit" throughout that day...and nothing since. USPS Customer Service said I can start a missing package search request as early as 7 days after original mailing. Today is day 15.
All I'm asking for is the physical return address for Asurion in Coppell, TX so that USPS can look into it.

UPDATE: Interesting....Asurion finally got back to me. They are noting in our claim that the returned phone is still "In transit"....she also said "I recommend contacting ATT customer service and providing them with this information. Here at Asurion, we facilitate your claim process and AT&T actually ships the device and handles the fees."

You we’re missing informed. Google assurion and you will get an address. How would AT&T be responsible for something you shipped to an entirely different company?

Pretty ignorant to think I hadn't already Googled Asurion. And NO, there is not an address for their return address location in Coppell, TX....just their headquarters in Nashville - which does me NO good for tracking a package.
And to address your question....I have since spoken to AT&T Customer Service and they validated what Asurion said to me, noted in their own files about the tracking, and assured me that I wouldn't be charged.

If either Pitney Bowes or newgistics has your package then there's nothing to worry about. Expecting it to arrive at its destination in less than a week is, let's say optimistic. As long as either newgistics or Pitney Bowes reports having it, just wait. It is newgistics or Pitney Bowes that delivers to AT&T, not United States Postal Service.
Typically it takes a couple of weeks before your device is checked back in .

Liz, I completely agree with you...I'd never expect a package to be there in less than a week, especially with current circumstances. But taking over two weeks...is a bit worrisome. (-: Glad that both Asurion and AT&T have noted in my file about tracking. (-:

I hate to tell you but noting your account will not stop a fee from being applied to your account for a non-returned phone. They told you that to get you off the phone. If the device is not received by the deadline your account will be charged.

I am running into the same issue. My phone was mailed out through USPS on 3/25, no movement since 4/28. It went to Parcel Return in DC though. I don't have the physical address as to where in DC.

@jseckr6 .... definitely get ahold of AT&T and have them note it in your account! Or literally didn’t show any update for almost a month and then magically got delivered yesterday... was delivered AFTER return window but because they noted shipping in our account, we were never charged. 👍🏼
