Apple Watch upgrade

I was browsing the Series 6, and noticed that the Titanium editions weren’t available through the AT&T store, will they be eventually? However my main question was when purchasing an Apple Watch, I want to go with the typical installment, then it says to upgrade a device. Would I be ineligible to purchase a phone later on an installment plan, for the same line if I purchase the watch without a phone now?

Hey there @TristanG!

Let's look into your requests about the availability of the Apple Watch Series 6 in an AT&T Store and whether you'll qualify for installment payments for a phone after making a full payment for a smartwatch.

Currently, in-stock inventory at specific locations can't be determined as the availability of merchandise on store shelves depends on the manufacturer.

Also, please be advised that for phone installment payments, new customer accounts must meet credit requirements. Existing customers account must be active, current, in good standing, and meet credit requirements (which may include what's on file with AT&T).

Hope this info helps.

Hopefully you have an existing phone that you can pair an Apple Watch 6 to.  An Apple Watch without a phone isn’t much use.

I do, I’ve just went through an order. The smartwatch does count as a line upgrade, if I need a new phone on installment, I’m gonna have to pay off the watch installment first. However, if I did pair it with a phone the installments would’ve been bundled together.

That's wierd as a apple watch should go on a accessory 20 month instalment plan.
