Apple Watch series 8 GPS+Cellular will not connect to ATT cellular service
I purchased an Apple Watch Series 8 GPS and Cellular the end of June 2023 and it will not connect to ATT cellular service. I have spent hours on the phone with Apple Support and ATT and it seems to be an ATT problem. My watch shows up on my ATT account and I am being billed for cellular service but no matter what I do, my watch does not have cellular service. My watch says NO SIM and NO CONNECTION. I have updated my software, turned it on and off multiple times and also reset and set up my watch several times with no luck. Every time I try to SET UP CELLUAR I get a notification that says “OOPS! That wasn’t supposed to happen. Give us a minute and we’ll get it fixed so you can try again. (EDS4014)”. ATT rep couldn’t resolved this issue and sent it to the rep above them and she said “ wait 2 hours and try again and it should work. It’s a problem on the backend.” Whatever that means. It’s now been about 16 hours and I still have the same problem. From what I have read, this seems to be a common problem.

Yes Multiple times with both Apple and ATT. Now I can’t even get to that point because when I try to SET UP CELLULAR, I get the “OOPS” error message like Instated above.
