@Lajos There are lots of different kinds of AppleWatch screen protectors that you can get online. Some are "case like" that will cover the entire watch, some are thin, flexible material, that adheres to the watch face (similar to a phone screen protector), etc. I've used screen protectors from RinoSkin that do work well but they will eventually peel off so you have to apply a new one every few months or so. I gave up on screen protectors for my AppleWatch because they were just too much of a hassle. I'm just careful with my watch.

Forgot sakes don't buy overpriced anything from your service provider. You can purchase screen protectors or screen bumpers of all sorts that work extremely well and are exactly the same thing that's sold by your service provider for a fraction of the price ordering from Amazon.
