Hi kenneychiu168, we want to help you with the error you are receiving while syncing your watch.
The specific error message that you're seeing is usually displayed when you're trying to set up NumberSync with an iPhone that's not on the same account as your watch, and it won't let you proceed because the eSIM was deleted from your watch. If that's the case, a new eSIM is needed. Learn how to get a new smartphone, tablet, or wearable eSIM with myAT&T.
You can also try power cycliing your devices.
Please let us know how this helps. Thank you for contacting AT&T Community Forums.

Did you add the $10 per month "line" to your account?

We'll be happy to help you get your watch and phone paired @Fredyayala18.
What exactly does the error message you're getting on your end say? Is it on your phone or the watch? With more specifics about what you see on your end, we'll have a better idea of how to proceed.
In the meantime, make sure that your devices meet all of the requirements for Numbersync, including:
Based on your error code, you may also need to get a new eSIM for the watch.
We look forward to your response so that we can get this resolved for you!

@ATTHelp yes my Apple Watch should be comparable with gps and cellular. I got it two days ago with the $10 unlimited for wearable plan. The exact message is in the Apple Watch app on my iPhone when I go to set up with cellular. It says “Whoops! That wasn’t supposed to happen. Give us a minute and we’ll get it fixed so you can try again. ( EDS 4014)” please help me

Thanks for responding @Fredyayala18.
Try replacing the eSIM on your watch and see if the issue persists. If so, we may need to invite you into private for additional troubleshooting.

I’m having the same issues with an Apple Watch series 7 and I am setting up with IPhone 12. Everything is up to date but I cannot setup AT&T cellular for my watch. I went to the AT&T store and they couldn’t figure it out. I am also getting the EDS4014 error code.
