Apple watch and m-cell

I just got a series 5 and number synced with my phone. However, we live in a rural area and use a 4G MicroCell. How do I add my watch to the m-cell? It doesn't have a unique phone number.

Thank you for reaching out to us today. We'll be delighted to assist you.

 

Every wearable device on your account with NumberSync will have a unique phone number. This is required in order for NumberSync to function. You should be able to find the number by viewing your billing statement in myAT&T. Please let us know if you have any further questions.

Thanks for the reply. I found a new number listed on my acct (I assume it's my watch), and called ATT to get help adding it to the micro-cell. They told me that although the watch has a unique number, in their system it's the same as my phone, and they are unable to add it to the micro-cell. The issue is that I have no bars at home, and only get reception via the micro-cell. So...am I doomed to have no watch cellular function at home?  Thanks!
