App not working

I’ve been getting an error for days now saying content cannot be loaded on my app. The app is not working at all. Please fix

  • Have you tired deleting then re-downloading the app and accessing it again? Have you checked to see if there are new updates for the mobile app including your cellphone?
  • What device/cellphone are you currently using at this time?

I am using the DirectTV app and my phone is already up to date. I’ve deleted and added the app back several times and that did not work. I have the iPhone 11 Pro Max phone that I’m using.

Are you watching this program on your home network?

 

 

Here is more information on how to troubleshoot the DTV app?

 

We recommend that you reboot your whole system to start off, because this will refresh the equipment and the app itself.
