Anyone else suffer BOGO Fraud?!?

I was told I had 30 days to pick up my BOGO and open a new line. When I went back the AT&T retailer gave me my phone and said I would be initially charged for the BOGO a couple months and then it would be reversed. Almost a year later still being charged and now they are saying the BOGO offer ended five days before I picked up the BOGO yet I was still given the phone and told the charges would be reversed. We have had an AT&T costumes for over 10 years. Stayed even when we didn't have cellphone service at our home. Call several times they open a ticket and don't bother to tell you it's been closed unless you call them back. Shopping for new service tomorrow. AT&T Thanks?!? No Thanks!
