Active armor identification protection

Just to clarify, are you wanting to update your personal email address or new phone number? If so, try removing ActiveArmor from your device. You will then need to reinstall the ActiveArmor app and resign up with your correct information.

To set up AT&T ActiveArmor:

1. Download the app from the App store or Google Play store.
2. Open the app and tap Next or Get Started.
3. Choose your level of service: Free or Advanced.
4. Read and accept the Terms & Conditions.

If you have trouble signing up with your new information or updating your contact information, you may submit a ticket to app support if needed.
