Active Armor blocking calls from Caribbean carrier - Cannot Unblock the carrier

Hi jsmelough! Here's one other step you will want to take to stop that call from being blocked on your device using AT&T ActiveArmor.

If you haven't already, you may be required to include that number n your contacts. After adding the new contact you will want to upload your contacts:

How to upload contacts:

1. In Network Call Preferences go to Unknown Callers and select Send to Voicemail. When prompted to Upload contacts tap Okay.
2. You will get a prompt that Contacts are uploading. Wait for the notification that upload is complete.

This should stop that call from being blocked. When using AT&T ActiveArmor, it is possible that the app will inadvertently block wanted calls. Other identified call types may include service messages and/or other permitted calls.

Unfortunately I cannot access the AA app on my phone, it just keeps "clocking".
