About my iPhone Xs Max

I recently ordered two iPhones from you guys an I'm having trouble with my Xs Max its very odd to me that the cell phone will not cut on at all. I am very frustrated about the whole ordeal so what should I do??

At&T did not make the iPhone, it’s an Apple product.   Apple requires all warranty exchanges directly through them. 

Call Apple and make an appointment or set up exchange by mail. 

  Btw, the community is customer populated, not AT&T.
