800 Upgrade Offer
I’m wanting to take advantage of the upgrade promo out and have that $800 credit, but in the terms and conditions where it says eligible smartphones I don’t see the S20 FE listed. The phone is work 280 on AT&T trade in though, so I wonder if it qualifies.... I want to get a new iPhone but only if I can get that to reduce the monthly payments.

For the ongoing promotional offers for iPhone 12 and variants, the Samsung Galaxy S20 Fan Edition device does not qualify for trade in at this time. This may change in subsequent weeks, so we recommend you be on the lookout.

I'm confused because I went into a retail store and the associate who helped me said it would qualify and I ordered a pro at this information. The phone is worth enough it fits the requirements for the promotion, but just isn't listed. Do I need to cancel my order? I have no intentions on buying that phone without the credit.

The Samsung Galaxy S20 Fan Edition isn't currently applicable for trade-in based off of the "See full offer details" eligible trade-in devices.
If the device isn't listed here as a guaranteed for trade-in, then we recommend going back to cancel this order.
