3 hours with 4 agents they disconnected the call and no resolution. There’s an order on my account but they shipped it back to warehouse.
After 3 hours 2 minutes, and 4 different people, a the 4th manager asked me to hold and disconnected the call.
The one before him actually said “Sometimes in life, in society, there are times we just have to wait…I know you want it now, however, sometimes you just can’t have it now.”
This, after they screwed up the shipping on my order, it’s on its way to Texas, and refuse to reship, or remove it from my account.
