I have Hulu which offers HBO MAX. My question is can I use HBO max on my Hulu account and get the HBO MAX service for FREE for having the right att&t account.

HBO Max on Hulu is a paid add on service. "HBO Max premium add-on $14.99/month after 7-day free trial ends unless cancelled."
It is not the FREE HBO Max that you get with your HBO subscription.
