ZTE Tablet screen stuck on "Android is starting"

I bought this tablet for my son from a friend. Ive factory reset it multiple times. When I first restart it, it lets me sign into my google account. After that, it goes to a screen that says "Android is Starting". Ive left it on that screen for hours just to see if it ever loads and it doesnt. If anyone has had this issue please help me because its very fustrating!!!

Thanks for reaching out to us. Because you're still experiencing this same issue after multiple factory data resets, your tablet is most likely defective and in need of repair/replacement. We recommend first contacting the manufacturer of your device to see what can be done, then reaching out to the seller of your device if further assistance is needed. Hope this helps!
