Thank you for reaching out the Community Forums! I am sorry to hear the screen on your phone is not working properly. It will be my pleasure to assist!
The first thing you will want to do is make sure the phone has not been exposed to liquid or any physical damage, which may have caused this issue.
Once you have confirmed there is no existing damage, you can try plugging your phone to your computer using a USB cord, and then press and hold the Power + Volume Up keys simultaneously for 10 seconds, until the device restarts.
If this does not work, a hard reset can help. Keep in mind this process will revert your phone to factory. If you have your data backed up, you will be able to recover your information. Please click here to follow the steps. Once there, make sure to select your phone’s make and model > Tutorials > Troubleshooting > Reset Device.
In addition, if your device is covered by warranty, please click on this link to learn how to perform an exchange, and review the AT&T Warranty Guideline.
I hope you find this information useful! If you have any other questions, don’t hesitate to let us know.
Enjoy your day!
