XT1045 Not being able to get unlocked

Hello guys. I have a problem with a XT1045 Moto G 1st gen i bought, its working properly, it has Android 5.1... I saw it was locked to ATT so i tried putting in another sim and as a matter of fact it requests me the unlock code. Then i requested the unlock code from you guys, got it without an issue but when i try to put it, says its wrong. The device has the original software... Im up to the 3rd try and don't want it to get locked to at&t forever since im going to send it outside the US.

 

Let me know what can we do please.
