Will AT&T SIM work with phone having 3G Band HSDPA 2100?

I have an Android phone with 3G Band HSDPA 2100.

Will Go Phone SIM work in my phone?

Will I be able to access VOICE and DATA service of ATNT with Go Phone SIM in my Phone?
