WiFi Calling on Motorola moto g100 not working
I've called support and they can't do anything. Phone is claimed to be supported by AT&T. WiFi Calling worked on my previous phone LG V10. The phone's default setting is to have Wi-Fi calling turned on. I can tell it's not working because I do not receive calls in 0 bar/no coverage area while on wifi. It also does not give the symbol that wifi calls are working. It's even more frustrating because after giving the support person my IMEI numbers for the new phone wifi calling no longer works on my older phone that I could still use in a pinch. Any suggestions?

Supported means talk, text and data. Wifi calling is not assured. That phone is not on the wifi calling supported list.

Ah ha! Thanks. I'm surprised the support department doesn't have this information. I guess now i have to decide if I want to use a different carrier or spend another $500+ on a new phone. Probably new carrier.
