wifi calling invalid 911 address problem

I have a Samsung galaxy 7 android phone.  WIFI calling does not accept my correct 911 address which I verified with the post office.  I did a network reset.

Still won't let WIFI calling work at this location.

What is the solution?

Hi, @marvingorden,

The database of 911 addresses is controlled by your local government. You will need to call non-emergency services to have it fixed in their system.

Have a great weekend!

The Fire Department, 911 Administration and the Post Office all confirm that the address is correct.

They tell me ATT does not have the complete data base in that system. The correction needs to be at ATT.

I, too, have verified with local government agencies my address as a valid emergency 911 address. This is AT&T’s issue and needs to be resolved on their end.
