Why was my unlocking phone request denied?
I have had my phone since 2018 and they said I was denied for unlocking my phone but gave me no reason why.

First, we want to make sure that you've reviewed and confirmed that you've met all device unlock eligibility requirements:
If you have your request number and your device IMEI, you can go online to check the status of your device unlock request. If you've used the wrong email, you'll need to submit another request online with the correct information, then be on the lookout for your confirmation email.
