Why can’t you unlock my phone????

It says something about fraud. I bought this phone new at Kroger less than 6 months ago. What do I need to do now to get it unlocked?

This is a customer populated forum, not AT&T. If you were denied unlock on your phone a reason was given. What was the reason? Fraud?
If AT&T is not unlocking the phone due to connection with fraud you will have to call AT&T and find out if there's an error.

assuming this is prepaid since bought at Kroger. You said you bought it less than 6 months ago then it’s not eligible for unlock. It’s needs to have 6 months of uninterrupted service with At&t to be able to unlock
