What E-mail App to Use on Android Phone?

I was using the Yahoo app for E-mail, then I found the AT&T Mail app - which completely quit working. Then I got an E-mail about the "improved" Yahoo Mail app. I think AT&T customers are confused, just like me. What Android app should I use for my AT&T E-mail after the end of June when Verizon takes over Yahoo, or are they going to allow AT&T users to still use Yahoo?

Hello @jjcoker1,

Thank you for reaching out! I am sorry to hear you are having issues with your email account. It will be my pleasure to assist!

You can still use your Yahoo! Email as your normally would. We recommend using the pre-installed Email app. If you are experiencing issues with this app you will want to force stop, clear cache, and data. To accomplish this please follow the instructions below:

From the main screen, go to Settings
Tap on Application Manager
Select All
Locate Email and tap on this option
From there, tap on Force Stop – Storage – Clear Cache and Data

If the issue persists, please try our useful Troubleshoot & Resolve tool, which is a great way to find additional steps to fix this email issue. Make sure to select the make and model of your device – Service/Network Issues – Email and follow the instructions.

I hope this information helps! Please let me know if you have any additional questions. Have a wonderful day.

Personally I use GMail for all my email except the work one, for which I use Nine Mail. GMail will force the Exchange password policy on the whole device while Nine allows that to be configured just for the app. But if you don't care you can use GMail for Exchange mail too.

Thank you, but I use 3 E-mails and I didn't like combing all in one; too much clutter. I do like G-mail the best, though.

Thanks again.
