What does message 1 US01LV mean ?

It can confusing receiving the message, I will be more than happy to help guide you! What it sounds like it is coming from your boyfriend’s end.  I recommend he uses our Troubleshoot & Resolve Tool as it is like connecting directly to a tech support agent.  After selecting the make and model of the phone, please have him go to Network/Service Issues > Phone Calls.

The person didn't pay their bill. 

It means he has blocked you from being able to call him. He does not want to speak to you. 

• Hi i have question why when i call this number that is similar to my parents number but isnt my parents number but i saw it on internet saying it was in conection to my brother see theirs starts with 661 and the one i saw conected to brother starts with 805 and the rest ofthe number is the same except area code now when i called it i go a message 1 us01lv code and im not dumb i know thers thousands of these codes and each one means something different and i was woundering how is it evern you guys dont know what these codes mean its kind of obviouse you guys take orders from a higher sourse that keeps you in the dark and if maby you could humor me and take a wild guess at what these code are for and do 

or it could just be an angles number?.

I get the same message when I try to check my data 

I have two phones side by side both are on my AT&T plan. When I pick up one phone and call the other one I get the US01LV message.  I did not block myself, I've paid my bill, I've called AT&T technical support and got nowhere, and I'm reading comments from 4 years ago. In 4 years are we saying AT&T can't fix this problem?
