The current software information are as follows:
- Android Version; 4 . 4 . 2
- Baseband Version; MPSS.DI.2.0.1.cl.13-0009-M8974AAAAANPZM-l
- Kernel Version; 3 . 4 . 0
- Build number; KVT49L.D85010d
- Software Version; D85010d
Each attempt to update the software returns "your device is up to date".

Unfortunately, it is typical that AT&T branded devices have carrier customized software that can only be updated when the device is connected to the AT&T network, which requires an active AT&T SIM card. You are getting the "Your device is up to date" message because there are no updates available for your device in its present status, e.g., no AT&T SIM card installed and not connected to the AT&T network.

You must be connected to the AT&T network to get an OTA update.

You cannot connect to the AT&T network without an AT&T SIM card. Additionally, the phone must be physically located within an area where the AT&T network is reachable. As you are not residing within the USA, this is not possible.

I have an active att sim card and still not receiving updates. Worse thing I ever did was to go with att. Nobody will answer any of my questions in this forum. What's the point in having it?

I have asked the same question a few times and can't seem to get an answer. Att pushed updates to my LG v20 only up to the h91010r. I need the latest update of h91010v. A Rep told me it was sent to my phone and to restart my phone in 24 hours to get the update. That was 2 weeks ago and I still don't have it. Another Rep told me to contact LG for the update even though LG does not have the att update as att does over the air only. I just want the update sent to my phone but nobody seems to want to help me. I've called, I've done online chats, and I contacted LG. That is my problem which is not being answered. Do you know what I can do?
