Warrenty

Soo I'm going to try and explain this to make it as short as possible. 

We go through ATT they have been great until now. I had gotten my phone almost a year ago then 9 months into having said phone it no longer got service. It wouldn't work until I was using wifi. Phone bill stays paid every device we have on our contract worked but mine. Went to the ATT store on g(Edited per community guidelines) road in Mishawaka, IN 5 times to try and get this problem fixed. They kept pushing to contact warranty and there is nothing they can do! Since there is no damage to said phone. Did this to me 5 times. Inspected the phone and everything nothing physically wrong with it. Told me to call Customer service ect. Finally got ahold of warranty and had them send me a replacement phone and had to send said phone back. Alls peachy. Cool. Finally have a phone that works. Since im paying Att all this money my phone should work. Now they are trying to charge me 1200 dollars on said phone on my account! Sent it back saying they can not take it because THE SCREEN IS DAMAGED AND CRACKED WHERE IS THIS PHONE DAMAGED OR CRACKED! TOOK SAID PHONE BACK TO ATT AND THEY YET AGAIN SAID NOTHING THEY CAN DO BUT YALL CAN TAKE MY

MONEY! YALL CANT EVEN CALL AND TRY TO DISPUTE IT YALL HAVE THE PHONE IN HAND AND ARE SAYING YES MA'AM YOUR RIGHT THERES NO DAMAGE IDK THERES NOTHING WE CAN DO FOR YOU! THEN PROCEEDS TO TELL ME TO GO TO UBREAKIFIX TO SEE IF THEY CAN GIVE ME SOME TYPE OF DOCUMENT SAYING THE SCREEN ISNT DAMAGED. BUT WHY CANT YOU SINCE UR STARING AT IT WE DONT DO THAT. OK SO I DO WHAT THEY SAY TO. I got to ubreakifix to see if they can help me long story short no they can't. There is a few surface scratches to said screen but nothing damaging to said screen! SO WHY  IS ATT SAYING THEY CANT TAKE THIS PHONE BACK BECAUSE SAID SCREEN IS CRACKED OR DAMAGED WHEN CLEARLY THERE ISNT DAMAGE! ATT YOU NEED BETTER HELP, PEOPLE THAT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND PEOPLE TO ACTUALLY HELP THE CUSTOMERS WITH ISSUES INSTEAD OF GIVING THEM THE GO AROUND AND TRYING TO STEAL PEOPLES MONEY AND MAKE UP BOGUS INFORMATION TO NOT COVER PEOPLES WARRENTY CLAMS! When clearly I have proof that said phone screen is not damaged or cracked and we refuse to pay 1200 for a phone that SHOULD BE COVERED UNDER WARRENTY very clearly! I'll take this to court if I got to cause I will not be charged for this phone!
