Voicemail setup

I tried setting up voicemail for first time. For some  reason it didn't work. Now when I hold down the "1" on the key pad to get into voicemail, it just says "voicemail has not been set up",  and does not give me any options to do so.

Has it been more than 60 days since you set up your account? If so, we'll have to add that feature to your account from our end.
